The session begins with a Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday, June 20, followed by programming Monday through Thursday. The session concludes at lunchtime on Thursday, June 24, with learners departing that afternoon.
Session Eligibility & Funding
Residents & Fellows
Residents and Fellows practicing in the states of Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, or Utah are eligible to apply for a COPIC scholarship. Residents and fellows outside of these states must have funding from their institution.
Medical Students & Nurses
Scholarships are available to medical students and nurses throughout the United States and cover airfare, lodging, ground transportation, educational materials, scheduled group outings, and most meals.
Nurse applicants must be actively practicing and have 3-10 years of professional nursing experience. Enrollment in graduate nursing program is not required.
